The Opportunity

As HR Manager – Generalist, you will lead the HR function for a defined region, business unit, or function within Core42, acting as a trusted advisor to business leadership and a people leader within the HR team. You will manage and coach HR professionals, oversee the execution of HR programs, and deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.

This role is pivotal in driving engagement, performance, and organizational growth, ensuring that HR initiatives align with Core42’s culture, business objectives, and commitment to excellence.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR leader for assigned business units or regions, providing strategic HR guidance and partnering with leaders to shape organizational strategy.

  • Manage and develop HR team members, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR service delivery across geographies.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of HR programs including engagement, performance management, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.

  • Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, fairness, and proactive risk management.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to localize and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives in areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards.

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify workforce trends, assess organizational health, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

  • Drive manager capability development through coaching, frameworks, and scalable leadership tools.

  • Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and case management efficiency.

  • Act as the HR lead for organizational change initiatives, including restructures, workforce transitions, and crisis management.

  • Represent HR in leadership forums, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.


What We’re Looking For

(a) Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity in a matrixed or multi-site environment.

  • Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, and HR operations.

  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders and implementing impactful people strategies.

  • Demonstrated success managing HR delivery across multiple business units or regions.

  • Advanced skills in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience managing and developing HR teams.

(b) Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Background in technology, digital infrastructure, or large-scale organizational environments.

  • Experience leading or supporting change management and cultural transformation initiatives.

  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record in enhancing employee engagement and retention outcomes.
