The Opportunity
As the Director, Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with executive leadership to shape and execute a forward-thinking people strategy aligned with Core42’s business transformation agenda. This is a pivotal leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and driving enterprise-wide initiatives that advance organizational agility, talent excellence, and workforce scalability. You’ll influence decisions across organization design, leadership development, workforce planning, and cultural transformation, ensuring HR programs and business objectives are seamlessly aligned to enable sustainable growth, innovation, and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders, embedding HR strategy into business planning and decision-making.

Drive execution of workforce strategies that support scaling, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.

Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures that enhance agility, performance, and capability.

Influence senior leadership on talent development, succession planning, and long-term leadership pipeline strategies.

Act as a key advisor and coach to senior leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness and strengthen company culture.

Provide strategic oversight on complex people-related risks, employee relations, and cultural change initiatives.

Leverage data and analytics to anticipate workforce trends and proactively address talent challenges.

Represent HR in cross-functional forums, driving enterprise planning and alignment across business functions.

Lead HR workstreams in M&A, integrations, or business restructuring to ensure business continuity and employee engagement.

Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being as critical enablers of high performance and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
(a) Required Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic business partnering at senior executive levels.

Proven track record of advising and influencing C-suite leaders and driving enterprise HR initiatives.

Deep expertise in organization design, transformation, change management, and enterprise talent strategy.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to link people strategies to business results.

Experience operating in complex, matrixed, and transformation-intensive environments.
