Service Designer

As a Service Designer at Analog, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how our products and platforms integrate into real-world contexts. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, designing services that are intuitive, inclusive, and deeply human-centered. You’ll work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to create service blueprints, design user flows, and align touchpoints across digital and physical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design Connected Experiences
Craft seamless, end-to-end service experiences that integrate digital, physical, and human interactions. - Shape Systems and Journeys
Develop user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and flows that inform and inspire our product and engineering teams. - Translate Vision into Reality
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex systems and enhance usability. - Collaborate Across Disciplines
Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring ideas from concept to launch. - Prototype and Iterate
Bring concepts to life with prototypes—ranging from rough sketches to polished mockups—and validate through testing. - Learn and Evolve
Stay curious, observe emerging patterns, and continually push the boundaries of what’s possible in service design.
Qualifications:
- Experience : 5 years
- Systems Thinking You naturally spot patterns and relationships others overlook, bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges.
- Human-Centered Mindset People are always your starting point—you design with empathy, grounded in real needs, behaviors, and environments.
- Strategic and Hands-On You're equally at ease shaping big-picture strategy and diving into the fine details of interface design.
- UX/UI Expertise You craft clean, intuitive digital experiences with a strong grasp of both user experience and interface design principles.
- Effective Communicator You articulate your ideas clearly, tell compelling stories about your work, and collaborate with ease across teams.
Preferred Superpowers
- Experience designing multi-channel services
- Familiarity with spatial computing or mixed reality
- Skill in visualizing service blueprints and ecosystems
- Comfortable running workshops and co-design sessions
